At Leader Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Leader Online

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
